Welcome to the Tid-Bytes Blog!

I’m glad that you clicked by for a visit. If you are new to the Blog,
I’d like to take a minute to tell you what Tid-Bytes is all about. Maybe you’re like me – frustrated with biased media reporting, tired of only hearing from the extreme right or left side of political issues, tired of listening to the endless ramblings from Washington politicians who only represent special interest groups and lobbyists. The ones who donate the most campaign money.

In December of 2009, my frustration with all of this grew to the point of being unbearable, and I just had to act. That’s why I created the Tid-Bytes Blog. It represents “the voice of common people everywhere“.

The only thing missing is you!

The Blog deals with key issues that affect our lives almost every day. Headlines from today’s top news stories, issues like Politics, Relationships, Sexuality, and Spirituality & Religion. I believe that the largest group of people in the U.S. is also the most silent. This group consists of common people like you and I. People who work for a living, who love their families, who try to be honest and do their best to help others. Nobody is really paying much attention to us – yet!

But we have a voice! We have an opinion!
We’re tired of being spoken for.

It’s time for us to speak out. And Tid-Bytes is the place to do it.

Read the articles and comments from others in the group. Then leave you own thoughts and comments. Take your place in our growing and vital community. Lets all put a voice to our thoughts and be heard for a change.

Everyone is welcome here, and I anticipate that there will be an ever growing number of readers and participants in this community. That’s okay with me, because that has been my goal from the beginning. I only hope to reach those who care to follow along.

Tid-Bytes is a sharing community of common people who like to discuss the current and timely news and events taking place around them, in a safe and non-hostile on-line environment. To understand what is written here, you – the reader, occasional visitor, or daily community participant – must have an open mind and a desire to learn through dialogue with other people.
