Do you have a passion for writing?
Do you have strong opinions about today’s news, cultural challenges, and political environment?

If you answered, “Yes!” to the questions above, and you would like to have a place to express your feelings in writing to be read by thousands of people, then Tid-Bytes would like to talk to you.

We are looking for several writers to join our team and help us to be “the voice of common people everywhere.” All of our writers are volunteers who feel strongly about our mission to represent the voice of the common people who work hard every day and aren’t heard from very often. They are people who want to make a difference – and who understand the ‘power of the pen’ (or keyboard in this case) and the tremendous opportunity that the internet provides in reaching people today.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Writers representing several different age groups.
  • Writers to write articles for all of our topic categories (see the menu bar at the top of the page) or who want to focus on just one topic as a “specialty.”
  • Writers who can consistently submit at least one article per week
  • Writers who can be fair in their presentation of a topic, while expressing their own opinion and being respectful of those who have opposing viewpoints.
  • Writers who have the time to follow “comments” to their articles from our growing Community and can respond and discuss the issues with a professional attitude.
  • Writers who are not ‘far-left’ or ‘far-right’ but who understand that the majority of American opinion is somewhere in the middle.
  • Writers who agree to abide by our Posting Policy and Common Blogger Code Of Ethics.

If you don’t have the time to write each week, but every once in a while you just “need to respond” to something in the news, then maybe this is the place for you.
